These fine gentlemen made our Rally in Des Moines even more memorable a couple of weeks ago:

My husband plays an Irish Bodhran...is that close enough? He doesn't play bagpipes, but does have a kilt. I know there are bagpipers in Columbia and would love to hear them play at a rally.

Tampa Bay Pipes & Drums. Also have a son somewhere between Najaf & Karbala with the 101st who played bass drum.

I play a mean djembe (drum), both here at home and at Amtgard events. I hope to acquire a much better one than the one I have on the Freeper cruise.

Aye aye, Mr. Williams, thank you for the Roll Call!
It looks like Washington, Maine, Missouri, Florida, and Iowa are well accounted for. Now, we just need a few pipers and drummers from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to step forward and be counted!

Captain PBear is a piper for many years. His pipe master was the lead piper at the Kennedy funeral.

Well, if you wanna add a Les Paul w/ a 100W Twin to drown 'em out, could help there..........

I wish i knew how to play bagpipes. I love bagpipe and drum music. Nothing stirrs the soul like that.
Imagine a hundred pipes and drums at a FR rally. All with Braveheart facepaint on.
