What is up Brent Scowcroft's butt? From what I have been told... this actually means Bush41 is the one with the criticism. Basically, Scowcroft says things that Bush Senior wants to say, but can't because of the political situation.

Brent Scowcroft has been wrong about everything. And if a "vital role" for the UN is what people think it means, we'll win the war and lose the peace. Or so Scowcroft & company fervently hope is the outcome.
