Click on the redviewer they call it. Click on the box that says "All other Redistricting Plans" then the plan # is C 01163 or Crabbs plan(the state rep who is sponsering it for DeLay) You might have to pan up on the main page to find the "all other redistricting plans" box. The screen will do a split screen kind of a deal without you KNOWING there is more below both sections.(at least it does this on my monitor)?
