The name, postal address, e-mail address, voice telephone number, and where available, fax number of the zone contact for the domain name;

Information regarding all other activity between you and us regarding your domain name registration and related services.

In the event that, in registering the domain name, you are providing information about a third party, you hereby represent that you have (a) provided notice to that third party of the disclosure and use of that party's information as set forth in this Agreement, and (b) that you have obtained that third party's express consent to the disclosure and use of that party's information as set forth in this Agreement. You acknowledge that willfully providing inaccurate information or willfully failing to update information promptly will constitute a material breach of this Agreement and will be sufficient basis for cancellation of your domain name registration. Here is a link to whois boycott-hollywood.us

They listed their ownership as -

Registrant Organization: Boycott Hollywood
Registrant Address1: 1234 Blah St
Registrant City: NoWhere
Registrant State/Province: WI
Registrant Postal Code: 53217

Perhaps the owners of boycott-hollywood.us should have read the registration agreement before they made the agreement with dotster.com? There is no question they are in breach of contract.

Considering the lengths to which these hollywood freaks are willing to go to attack anyone who challenges them, it is only prudent to withhold such information. Dotster has no problem accepting false whois registrations, it likes them because it means more business.

I get your point, but it seems pretty clear that Dotster isn't doing this for that reason, if indeed they go ahead and do it. Of course, they have every right to take down the site, but those of us who are unhappy with this decision have a right to protest this action.

By the way, I just checked out your profile. Kudos on all your prescient and interesting articles, particularly the one publishing the Juanita Broaddrick information! I had heard from an uncle before the impeachment (how he found this out I'll never know) that charges had been made accusing Clinton of rape, but that it was all being hushed up. I assumed that my uncle was probably full of it, but a few months later, the Broaddrick story was out for all to see (partly due to your efforts, it would seem -- I'm surprised that Drudge wouldn't publish your article).

A history professor of mine at college knows a conservative who married a liberal New York Jew (she told him he was the first Republican she had ever known) who gradually changed her political beliefs. She did some work for Judicial Watch and tried to track down women who had putatively been raped by Clinton, but they were all too reluctant and/or scared to speak with her.

Keep up the good work, because even the liberals cannot keep the truth about Clinton bottled up forever. Someday, somehow, all will out, because "The truth is great and shall prevail/When none cares whether it prevail or not."

See the links to ICANN here:

http://lonewacko.com/blog/archives/000489.html

As I read it, ICANN recommends that companies like Dotster give their customers 15 days (or more) in which to correct inaccurate WHOIS info.

That doesn't mean that BH is not in violation of their contract. And, I also don't usually believe everything someone tells me, so BH might have been contacted by WMA, contrary to what they say.

However, whatever the other circumstances, WMA, in my opinion, appears to have attempted to "SLAPP" BH down, and should be condemned. And, Dotster/NamesBargain should also be condemned for what appears to me to be caving in.

(SLAPP: "A Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation, in which a corporation or developer sues an organization in an attempt to scare it into dropping protests against a corporate initiative." http://www.nolo.com/lawcenter/dictionary/dictionary_listing.cfm/Term/1264241E-6BCC-41DE-88FB065B11543680/alpha/S)
