Do you mean programs exclusively helping immigrants get funding for business development? This is one for refugees and entrants.

There are also non-profit corporations who are a drain on the economy through their tax-exempt status. A guidestar keyword search produces over 1700 entries. A search for immigrant and business produces 39 such agencies.

Reform on the nature of "tax-exempt" businesses is way overdue, IMO. If there is going to be an income tax, then groups such as these, ANSWER, Sierra Club, etc. should also pay.
