regarding html, i picked up some while reading many other posts... here is a quick example using the site you provided:

remove the asterisks '*' from the above line and the link will look like this drdino.com

JimRob posted a thread for newbies here a while back that had a whole slew of resources for learning all about it, but, like I say, I haven't been abvle to tear myself away from the forums to get into it.
