There may be a dozen or so cases of the valid need for a "No Knock" warrant in the nation in a year, primarily when someone is thought to be holding a hostage, but the police have gone nuts with them, and the judiciary has let them.

Where are all the Bleading Heart Liberal Judges who are supposed to be over the top protecting our constitutional rights?

Somehow "No Knock" has become the norm.

I believe that the No-Knock became the norm in response to "safety concerns" expressed by cops. Some of which I can believe but hey, they're there to protect us and our rights, that's what we pay them for anyway, risk is part of the job.
