What's the process for doing a convention, maybe we should do precisely that.

350 billion out of 36 trillion over ten years is significant? Perhaps you don't understand the mathmatics involved here.

It's a drop in the bucket but the Dems would have raised taxes, instead. My first choice is to get the whole thing at once, but getting it incrementally is preferable to nothing. It's driving the Dems nuts.

The only agency that actually folded into the Homeland Security Department was the INS. The rest exist as they always have and will continue until my death.<.i>

I think 18 or 20 agencies, including the Coast Guard merged into the DHS. I want to see more merges and the Dems won't do it.

They need to stop being spineless weenies and listen to their constituency. If they f' up now they'll be screwed for a long time to come.

I know that RSPA did but it still exists as a separate entity, the new agency is essentially a big matrix of dotted lines to the existing agencies. They haven't eliminated the agencies they've just changed their organizational structure.

You're going to have to move to France. You'll never be happy here. Why drive yourself crazy?

There's an unpleasant thought. I tend to be a man of action not words, maybe I need to start my own movement. :-)

It's in the constitution....There has to be a 3/4th's majority agreement in the house and senate and the states need to be on board(can't remember how many). I'd have to look at the constitution again...it's been a long time since I've reviewed it.
