Pat Buchanan is credited with being influential in the decision, the visit wasn't originally scheduled. Surprised? :>) Shocked I tell you, shocked.

(How's about a Palestinian state inside France? It could be called "Francenstine"...)

Of course, literaly, he kept himself out of the picture, left Reagen and Kohl to take the heat.

I'm proud also for the Solidarity movement and Lech Walesa, but mostly my pride is in my four grandparents ;) The stories and their strength are awe-inspiring.

When Gen "Blackjack" Pershing arrived in France he said "Lafayette, I am here." It was a way of noting the contribution that the French Major General Marquis de Lafayette made to America being a country and that we were prepared to repay the debt.
The other foreign general who helped Gen Washington was the Polish Brigadier General Thaddeus Kosciuszko. Wouldn't it be great for Bush to say "Kosciuszko, I am here" when he visits Poland?

We've got to figure out some way to get more investment into Poland. They have superb mechanical skills there and manufacturing would be a natural. Their labor rates are cheaper than Germany and they don't have the regulations the Germans have. Seems to me it would be a good investment.
I'd love to see US dollars leaving france and Germany and relocating factories to Poland.

I wrote "had", not "have". I was, and you could know that, born in 1981. I don´t know if anywhere in the world a group calls itself "SS", but I´m surely not member of such a group. Please read my profile before thinking such a BS.
