Is writing a moronic, long winded diatribe, proving one is a partisan hack an impeachable offense?

The short answer is yes. Now someone must prove the lie, to get a majority vote in the House, and then get a 2/3rds majority vote at the Senate Trial. Unlikely.

If it is a lie, 20 million Iraqis are grateful for it.

If it is a lie, then someone has to prove that the WMDs are not in Iran, not in Syria, not in Iraq. I figure one invasion a year is a good pace.

If it is a lie, then the prosecutor (or special master) must prove that the WMDs detected by earlier inspections were destroyed, and that Saddam had correctly documented their destruction, and must prove that G.W.B knew it.

John Dean may be a hack, but he served as White House Counsel during the Nixon administration. Just an FYI..
