There are lots of Lebanese (Arabs) who are Christian.

I can verify that he isn't. My son graduated from West Point, and served under Abizaid in Vicenza, Italy for 3 years... 82nd Airborne...

He says Abizaid is the best officer he knows, and will be ecstatic to hear this news!!!

I worked with him about 7 years ago, when he was a 1-star. He is Catholic (Remember that Lebanon used to have a Christian majority population until the late 70s-early 80s)

Most Arabs in this country are Christian. They have been driven out of their countries by the Muslims.
