Try taking a cross-country drive listening to nothing but the collected works of the Chipmunks.

When I was a kid, our family took a driving vacation to Florida, departing from Minnesota. My father got a Kenny Rogers tape stuck in the radio just north of the Iowa boarder.

I can still recite the lyrics to "Ruby" even twenty some years later.

Yes.... very EEeeevvil.

Try listening to the New Kids on the Block Christmas album for the entire drive from the Bay Area to LA due to a spoiled little sister. I am forever jaded about the Holidays.

That's the saddest song in country music, IMO. You want me to sing it for you?

You've painted up your lips and rolled and curled your tinted hairrrrrrrrr!
Ruby, are you contemplating going out somewhere?
The shadows on the wall tell me the sun is goin' down...
Oh, Ruuuuuuuuubeeeeeeeeee!.......Don't take your luv to town!
