Can't Freep it because it doesn't include an answer I agree with. I don't agree with the decision because I think it was a state's rights issue the SCOTUS should have meddled in. That's not one of the choices:

I wanted to check.... It's deviant behavior, a states right issue, and spreads disease.

I'll probably get hammered but I think, yes, it is deviant behavior, but still not anything that the government should concern itself with, assuming we are talking about consenting adults.

I won't hammer you. I agree the government, as well as we the average citizen should stay out of the bedroom activities of two consenting adults. I feel just as strongly that the consequences from the acts between consenting adults in their own bedroom, should not become a burden to be borne by others who have no say in the dangerous, infectious and perverted acts that transpire there.

Those who sanction and encourage such deviation, and the participants thereof should be the only ones paying the price for the pain, illnesses and treatment, that results from such activity.

And I can't argue with you. If we have no say in bedroom activities between consenting adults-let them all, Homosexual and Heterosexual, accept responsibility for their private un-sanctioned actions.
