That great Warren is really "in the know."I think he's the illegitimate son of Jean Dixon.

"In my city, Indianapolis, they are whining that they need more money for equipment. Of course, they seemed to have enough money to fund a "diversity seminar" featuring Corretta Scott King, and also to pay for a high-priced public relations firm to promote Indianapolis as a convention site."
Hubs said last night that he thought it would be a GOOD cultural experience if most state and local bureaucrats were required to put in a stint as an "embedded whatever" with troops in Iraq just to 'hone' their perspective---and learn what is really important. I think he has come up with a good idea.
A quote from one of my favorite books, The Phantom Tollbooth, is, "Your perspective is a result of where your head is located."

>We need to make sure the Arab world knows what will happen if we experience
another 9/11
Well, after the first,
we capitulated, and
removed our troops from
our Saudi bases.
What would we do if attacked
a second time? Give
the Saudis first pick
of our teenage virgin girls?
(Of course, I'm sure
we'd launch a massive
attack on someone -- maybe
crush Antarctica...)

Oh, its crap alright but has so much gibberish and nonsense within its damage will be limited. Lots of RATS do believe it however. But they are braindead.
As though you would be criticising in Nazi Germany.

Terrorists are killed and composted; Arab-Muslims with US Citizenship have theirs revoked and are deported to France.

"All the money in the world isn't going to make us safe as long as we keep clinging to political correctness. \"
And leaving our borders wide-open for terrorists throughout the world to cross freely.

Arab-Muslims with US Citizenship have theirs revoked and are deported to France. How about we revoke yours and deport you? You're a right little Nazi aren't you picking which Americans to deport or not? Or are you a troll? Either way you stink.

I can tell you (with absolute certainty) that a large meteorite will strike the earth in the next million years; I don't know when or where it will strike, but I don't know what to do about it....

As Bunker Hunt (Son of H.L. Hunt) said during the investigation of their silver run, "a billion doesn't go as far as it used to."

"Somehow, I don't think the State Dept. agrees with me. What concerns me is that I wonder If my President agrees with the State Dept."
You're right - they don't. Why Saudi Arabia - home to 15 of the 19 hijackers (none were from Iraq) - wasn't on the Axis is beyond me. Why we still haven't invaded and conquered Saudi Arabia, given Bush's anti-terror rationale, is beyond me.
You can add North Korea to the list too, although no North Koreans have (as yet, to my knowledge) committed terrorism against the USA.

"The Phantom Tollbooth" is a classic! My favorite character was the Horrible Dynne. God, there are some extremely-clever lines and puns in that book!
(paraphrasing)
Milo: "Why isn't this car moving?"
Tock: "Quiet - it goes without saying."
CLASSIC!

I have talked with VERY few who know of this book. I love it. A children's book that needs adult reading for full appreciation. And you quoted one of my favorite lines, too.

(again paraphrasing)
Dr. of Dissonance (to Milo): "When you mom asks you to keep quiet, what does she tell you to keep down?"
Milo: That Awful Row.
Horrible Dynne (sobbing): "The Awful Row was my grandfather who die in the great Silence Epidemic of 1924!"
(or something kinda like the above)
You're 100% right - it takes an adult mind to appreciate "PT"...yet it's well worth the quick & easy read.
And that Banquet involving the Spelling Bee, Milo, and others in the beginning in Dictionopolis is ROTFLMAO material.

The Dems must be drooling over this report and are using it as an attack on President Bush. Charlie Rose featured it on his PBS show last night (I changed the channel).

Why would you want to go to the expense of hauling all those bodies from one place to another? I sumbit to you that ashes are relatively easy to transport.
because THAT is all my borthers-in-arms would leave, if we were given the choice...
