Soft money donations are not allowable thanks to CFR. Bush's money is coming from individual donors who can donate up to $2000. He has raised his money with lots of small donors.

I'm not trying to develop this into a flame war.
I'm just stating my opinion, but I can flame if that's the way you want to discuss this.

Please do not call me a liar when I said that I loved this President. I supported him all the way in the war with Iraq and still do.

We certainly don't know what the final prescription drugs entitlement is going to be but I will bet that it will turn out to represent everything that is wrong with our current levels of government control.
