You have an extra : in front on the "img"

next, you can't use the address of the web page where the picture is, you have to use the address of the picture itself...

You can find the address of the picture itself by putting your mouse over the picture and right-clicking. You'll get a pop-up menu. Pick "properties" and you will get a small window with the address displayed in the middle. Triple click on the address, and press CONTROL-C to copy it. Now you have the address. Paste it into your <img src=" statement, and there you are.
