Any violation of a law, that does not have a victim, has harmed nobody.

Sorry, unless another person has been harmed, this is just another method of extorting money from the citizens to fund city programs.

For situations like this, I love to see citizens fight back!

Riiight. Going 37 in a 25 is a "no harm, no foul" thing, so everyone should do it with aplomb. (Please avoid my children's school zone.) And let's not change laws through elected reps, but just ignore/break them. Did I miss anything?

You've got to be kidding me!

Many people have been maimed or killed by people running red lights. People who run red lights think they don't have to obey the law.
I understand the concern of the photo taking. But, how come I have never been photographed running a red light? Oh, maybe it's because I obey the law!
Hey, what an idea.
