According to the government, the 37 biggest landowners own more territory than the 2.5 million smallest ones.

The last time I looked the situation is the same in this country. The difference is that we have a huge midddle-class who own (mortgage) their own homes and (almost) no starving peasants.

Modern society has moved the peasants off the land and into the cities. Many are on welfare. The least fortunate are here
