So are you saying that Foster and Parks were expunged for expunging an FBI file? Hillary and Foster were under surveillance for treason at the time of Foster's death.

maybe it would be appropriate that on the 10th anniversary of Vince Foster's death, someone who was actually at the death scene come forward to clarify some of the details?
