Americans are just culturally sheltered. Throwing a kitten out of a speeding car, for instance, is a well-known, accepted custom in many different cultures. We just need to open up a little to things that are 'different'.

Yes ---multiculturalism means we must see American culture as inferior and admire the third world cultures coming in and taking over. In some of these countries ---like the one this guy is from, wife-beating is perfectly acceptable, dog-fighting is also acceptable, and certainly any kind of animal cruelty is acceptable ---so we must become sensitive and aware to these cultures ---we can't have assimilation going on into our culture after all.
