That's a cool map. It may have been a world wide flood, but different areas would have filled at different rates. The Black Sea is at the end of the line. It wouldn't have filled until the Med filled, which wouldn't have filled until the major ocean basins filled.

Yup. There would have been millions of refugees from flooding everywhere and no-one would have figured out exactly the cause. Noah would have had decades (perhaps) of warning before the Black Sea flooded.
