Oh thanks. It's still early on Monday, though... let's wait a few hours before closing the polls.

It's two words, begins with a "j", and rhymes with "disdain."

They hate him because they know that there are millions of voters that, even though they may not agree with Bush on immigration, his dem-like spending habits, and having his nose firmly planted on Ted Kennedy's butt, still respect him and are are still going to vote for him because he is the most honest, real, psuedo-semi-conservative President we have had in a long time.

LOL Nicely put.

They hate Bush more than they love America.

I don't think they love America at all, so I'd rather put it somehow like this: They hate Bush more than they loved the Soviet Union.

I can't even count the number of times I've heard the "he's not my President" line since Bush took office.

The answer to which should be: "In that case, America is not your country. Swim to Cuba."

The Left's hatred of Bush does not just border irrationality. They have invaded that border and toatlly occupy Irrational-Land. The leftist cadres of dim activists will insist their candidate reflect their views. Any dim candidate that supports the War on Terror, for example, can't win enough primary votes to get the nomination. The dim candidates seemingly have recognized this, and are becoming Howard Dean clones.

Realistically, it's between Dean and Kerry. Dean is a crackpot, and only the other true crackpots think he can win the election. The question for Kerry is whether he can swing far enough left to get the nomination and still successfully reinvent himself after the convention. The answer is probably "no", but with the caveat that the press will help him to the very max to try and get it done.

I just want to say that you are SO right on this point. It is better (safer to one's ego) to destroy the "mirror" that reflects the lie that is one's life. They would rather accept the flaw of their life philosophy than change in the face of reality.

For the process of "change" to occur, I remember this one definition:
When the pain and suffering of the known is equal to or greater than the belived pain and suffering of the unknown.

Cheers......

But, have you ever noticed that the media doesn't have a coronary when a Dim goes into a church praising Jesus?

That's because they know the Democrat is piling it on thick, pandering for votes. Dubya meant what he said about his faith, which is of course anathema for the press/left/democrats.
