This does not change the story. Really! It was thought either the uprising led to the passengers grappling or their incipient entry into the the cockpit led to what this report says.

What's the difference? The instruction would not have been given had the uprising not taken place and it is by our heroes actions that the flight did not make it to its intended target causing further death and destruction.

I get so mad when the dems attack the President. 9-11 was the start of the War on Terrorism and we were attacked.

Do you notice that dem politicians never talk about September 11? Instead, they criticize a govt that they are part of. They are aiding and abetting the enemy when they go balistic and this administration is serious about preventing another 9-11.

Dubya was going to be the education president but history changed his course. He was in Sarasota with grade schoolers that morning. What a horrible day that was but we will not falter, we will not tire.

This is all a distinction without a difference. So the passengers rushed the cockpit, as we always knew, but the terrorists flew it into the ground before they could get in the cockpit.

I can't for the life of me figure out why it is any less heroic. The point is that the passengers gave their lives to thwart the mission. Whether or not they actually breached the cockpit door before they died is a technicality of interest only to those DESPERATELY LOOKING FOR SYMBOLIC TOOLS TO DESTROY ANY AND ALL HEROES.
