The City of Des Plaines Illinion approved Resolution R-80-03 at Monday Night’s Council Meeting, August 4, 2003, recognizing the Mexican Consular Identification Card, issued by the Mexican Consulate General’s Office, as a valid form of identification. Mexican Nationals interested in acquiring this identification card will need to contact the Mexican Consulate at 312-855-9933
