Our weather? Today is it 25 degrees and blustery. Saturday was the first day of spring. You'd never know it around here. I hate the cold.

Stay warm, guys. I think I'll stay in the sunshine state, despite it's obvious problems.

I just uploaded the veggies so Stanz will have something to eat. Take care.

   Teriyaki Marinade
    * 1/2 cup soy sauce
    * 1/4 cup vegetable oil
    * 1 teaspoon ginger (fresh or powdered)
    * 2 teaspoons dry mustard
    * 4 cloves garlic, mashed into paste
    * 2 tablespoons brown sugar
1) Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive container.
2) Chicken should be marinated for at least half an hour, but no more than six hours.
3) Pork should be marinated between two and four hours.
4) Beef, by contrast, should be marinated overnight.

Note: Fish and seafood generally should be marinated anywhere from 20 minutes to one hour.
