Cell phones are such a part of our lives now that sometimes we just innocently forget we have them on. I think this was a grossly unfair punishment for this Mother.

Is this grossly unfair because she is a "Mother"?
Or just grossly unfair?
Personally, I am sick of hearing-seeing every other person with that darn contraption affixed to their ear.
Driving- Theater- Ball games- anything and anywhere seems to be their motto. If these persons are so important, how come they can go to the movies in the first place? Aren't they a little TOO BUSY for that?
If the court warned everyone, then she deserves what he gave her in punishment.
