Clinton had to have known. Two of the judges on the 9th circuit panel (Paez and Thomas) are his appointees. The third judge was Pregerson (a Carter appointee).

Good point. I was wondering why he was here with his Kiss of Death reputation to candidates. However, he was literally SHAMING the congregants, with a pandering, Johnny Cochran-like "sermon," yesterday.

THEY will support this delay as it gives theirman more time to attack the leader....

new democrat tactics for both sides of the political spectrum...
1. delay election till things are better for your team.
2. count till you win, recount as needed...
3. in the meanwhile ram through as many partisan laws and exec orders as you can, to try and maintain power.
