Why has this remained secret? Why hasn't the U.S. government demanded to know exactly where this money is? Why hasn't the U.S. government withheld all funding from the U.N. until this information is released?

The administration WAS demanding the UN turn the money over. The UN is fooling around, making excuses, and vaguely explaining that audits need to be done now. A French bank has most of the money. It was being reported, but sudden;y slipped from the radar months ago.

France. Always France. And the UN. Caught in the middle of a huge extortion scheme while cozying up to dictator Saddam. But which demands control of post war Iraq. Always France and the UN. And Russia and Germany in smaller doses.
