He sounds like an ASS to me. He is 180 degrees out. He should be praising those American citizens who are enforcing the law, while the law enforcement community fails to do so. And where are these poor mexicans now?

Part of the answer is because laws are now written so that they generate the highest amount of dollars going to lawyers (demoncRATS/Clinton scum-like peoples). Laws aren't written to make sense...
