I have NEVER seen anyone charged for possession of LEGAL drugs (unless they had massive quantities for sale).

for mere possession)

Noelle pretended over the phone to
be a doctor and called in a fake
prescription for herself. The cops
were alerted by the pharmacy & got
her when she came to pick it up.

While in rehab, she had pills in
her shoe & was caught. As far as
I know, simple possession as a
first-time offender wasn't behind
her legal trouble.
