I've clean, sober and smoke free since then.

The smoke free is huge! Over the last 19 years I have watched almost as many die of cigarettes as relapse. It is a little false to say that because I only hear what happens to a small proportion of those that go out

At the time, they said I should work on the alcohol addiction first ~ I didn't listen, I figured that withdrawl is tough no matter what and I didn't want to do it twice. :)

I'm still a little crazy ~ the difference is, I have it, it doesn't have me. :)
