While Mel may be prepared to do Jews the favor of deleting a single offensive scene, I believe that the Jews – and every decent person who hates bigotry – should go the whole nine yards and delete the entire movie by boycotting it, for the whole message is odious and offensive.

Oh no, Boteach is going to brand me and a whole lot of others as a "bigot". Why? Because the message of the Christian Gospels is "odious and offensive". But in my humble opinion, Rabbi Boteach is odious and offensive because he would censor a Christian movie based on the New Testament accounts. Next we should apologize for even being Christians and throw out that book.

Why do a few Jewish leaders say these things? All they're doing is driving up tickets sales because of their paranoia. At this critical time, do we need such divisive nonsense? Even the American Muslims aren't saying anything about the movie.

Is there really a more serious charge against a people than that they killed God?

For the last time, we all killed Christ! The Holocaust and the pogroms didn't occur in America, and this fright shows a very low trust in American Christians.
