So should this be what happens to all priests & bishops who fail to obey as well? HHHMMMM...if this is true then aren't the majority of bishops in this country should be suspended because in reality they are all on a schismatic track...now lets blow that down to the faithful that follow them...me thinks if the above logic is true, then maybe if we are lucky there is around 2% of the population in the US that are truly obedient.
