I should have clarified that the abysmal state of the church today is what the vision must have been. Perhaps not officially - yet, since V2, "change for the sake of change" has always seemingly had Vatican approval regardless of how obvious those new directives were - and are, in dividing the faithful - as per thor76's item (c).

There can be no mistake here. The Pope, thanks to the agenda of the enemy, has had too many words put in his mouth and this is simply another blatant example.
