I'd probably leave but why join a church where I'd be afraid to leave my children alone with them?

The incidents of pedophilia were no greater than they were in the general population. Besides, my kids are adults - it's safer for them than whoever they run into.

That's not good enough. The truth is the Catholic Church has protected the pedophiles and there's a culture of homosexuality in part of the church. I'd be very careful.
