We spent a long time discussing the Renewing Worship proposal this morning. Currently under consideration is an amendment to postpone approval until we have a finished product to be voted on in 2009 so that more people can be involved and we can address such issues as the almost complete removal of masculine pronouns for God and words like Lord, King, mighty, etc.
Please pray that we get this postponement!
