Most Muslims “Greatly respect” Judaism and Christianity?
Sure, perhaps on paper. However all non Muslims are infidels and in pure Islam have to choose to convert or tod ie "the sword". “People make war ...” Just so much silly talk. Most Muslims are ignorant, backward, poor people who are directed by their Islamic leaders so inreality Religions do make war.
