For anyone struggling with a church following these principles, I would suggest visiting your local Catholic church. I was raised Episcopalian but now attend a Catholic church— the preaching is absolutely bed-rock scriptural, very solid. Never once have I heard anything from the priest or the deacon that wasn’t absolutely biblical. Of course, I know that the Catholic church isn’t perfect either, but they haven’t bought into new management schemes to achieve growth. In fact, Pope Benedict said once that he thought that maybe God wanted the church to become smaller and stronger, a more powerful witness to this lost and broken world. I think that’s entirely possible— after all, God abhors the lukewarm believer.

You will get a picture of how easily all the faith will in the last days before the great tribulation probably all (catholic and protestant, evangelical etc) probably all fall away and be part of some type of one world religion that will worship a false messiah. Many are already beginning to preach a false, apostate, blasphemous heresy saying that all ways, all roads, all faiths lead to heaven and salvation ....We know if we have read the Word of God, been truly born again, placed our faith, trust completely in Jesus Christ only, what He did on the cross - we know He is the only way and that only those who call on the name of Jesus Christ shall be saved. True believers will leave and come out and away from any “church” preaching a false universal salvation.
