What makes your pastors better judges of people's theological shape than the Catholic Church of Jesus Christ? For one thing (and this is a biggie) they know they are fallen sinners like everyone else who has ever lived on planet earth except Jesus Christ.
And thus they do not commit the blasphmous error of believing themselves to be "another Christ."
