I sometimes feel that fundamentalists dislike Catholics more than they dislike atheists. Perhaps it is due to the teaching of actual science in the Catholic schools that drives their anger.

Perhaps it is due to the teaching of actual science in the Catholic schools that drives their anger.I often recall with great amusement the folks who try to calculate the date the Earth was created, some being so certain and specific as to say "Yeah, and it was a Thursday, in October 4xxx B.C.!"
