Sorry to make more work for you. I know I’ve been the brick wall at the end of a few threads :-)

Wilco with new rules.

Also, if FR has another of its “quirks” like it’s been having lately and those of us on a East Coast appear to “lose” three hours, can we use this “lost window of time” to disregard said protocol or should we just wait until the flux capacitor is back online?

Great! Is it solar-powered or does it enlarge my “carbon footprint”? I only ask because on a thread last week, I discovered that I max-out my lifetime supply of carbon every 1.3 years.

Yeah, yeah, we know your job description:

And this thread is in what category? I mean, is it open to antagonism? There is never enough of it!

This thread is “open” by default. I have also specifically invited RF posters to post their complaints about me here.

Solar-powered, of course. The chip will be of the "training" type, with a mild but discernible "jolt" when Religion forum participants go "over the line".

Unfortunately, Catholics and Protestants will have separate versions of the chip. Ah, well.

=o/

Ok...here I go...

nothing personal intended in this reply, but I feel i have to lay out my views...

Ok...so...all someone has to, for example, is post an outrageous crevo thread, declaring all evos to be atheistic heretic witches, label it as...oh...say...”devotional” and then nobody can flame the thread creator! And anyone who does will get banned!

These restricitons on speech are gonna come in handy to some. And when the above scenario arises they will point to THIS very thread and claim they have a RIGHT to their entitlement protectionism.

All on a conservative news and dicussion forum eh?

How about if the topic is the hale bop comet freaks?
Their BS protected too?
How about satanic belief systems?
They gonna be protected to?
How about radical Islamic beliefs?
FR gonna cover/protect their jihaadist belief systems too?

Or is there a list somewhere of “acceptable” belief systems that FR is willing to extend protectionsistic privileges?

See the fault with all of thess entitlement rules?
Just let people speak the truth and the truth will prevail.
But protecting entitlementspeak is wrong.

REALLY odd will be if I am told that my comment HERE is inappropriate, unPC, or offensive. See I have a funny feelign that freepers are even reluctant to say what I am saying because it is too irritating and unPC.

Heck, lets just call it what the whiners want it called...”hate speech”.

For that is what this is really all about.

The minority belief system posters whine because the majority belief system adherents speak their minds about what they believe. And this disagreement is the now the FR nearly-pseudo-labeled (albeit implied) “hate speech”. So now we have speech restrictions to “protect the minorities” while restricitong everyone.

Well who cares! This is NOT a religion forum. If someone posts a “devotional” thread, it should be open to discussion. Because there are folks here preaching crap. And I mean C-R-A-P. One in particular is constantly preaching the "prosperity message"...”give to this messiah-like preacher and you'll be blessed, or healed”. And then in the VERY FIRST COMMENT, the freeper has the b@lls to tell everyone that they best not argue or they'll get banned. And then comes this thread reinforcing the BS. The restrictions in force prevent suckers from hearing the truth that this BS preacher is just in it for their cash. All because to the restrictions imposed here in the name of quelling hate speech.

That doesn't sound like behavior conducive to a CONSERVATIVE news and discussion forum to me.

It sounds like leftism.

That's my opinion.

Thank you for leaving the floor open.

Do not use potty language or references to potty language on the Religion Forum.

Also, confine yourself to the "open" threads on the Religion Forum. Ignore the others.

If you cannot or will not comply, stay off the Religion Forum altogether.

You are exactly RIGHT! I’ve never heard it so plainly laid out, but I agree with you 100%.

Either a belief can be argued and defended, or it cannot be defended. To protect it from even a small amount of disagreement is absurd.

Posters may argue for or against beliefs of any kind. They may tear down other’s beliefs. They may ridicule.

specifically, if we are arguing for or against ordinances of a particular faith group, are diagrams and / or pictures allowed?

To put a finer point on it, if we have a thread discussing the Catholic monstrance, or LDS practices, whats to stop the admin from showing up and over ruling your rules ?

- I say this because you know the minute we post a thread discussing the practice of mormon holy undergarments, or Presbyterian nipple rings, the thread will disappear
