If they are going to go to hell and if God is omniscient, then God created them knowing full well that he was going to send them to hell. So no matter how you slice it, they were destined for hell before they were created.Not the case at all. Foreknowledge is not foreordination.
Conflating the two is perhaps the fundamental flaw in the error of double predestination.
