None of this is far fetched, unfortunately.

1. There will be one world government and one world currency.
2. The rise of an anti-christ
...after the rapture takes place, there will be so much confusion and panic that the anti-christ also seizes the opportunity to somehow denounce Christianity as some kind of evil that must have been somehow responsible for this loss of millions of people. The persecution of Christianity will begin in earnest...
...It is really going to be even harder for those to believe after the rapture takes place...
...in the end times, not only will there be wars, but also tons of natural disasters, earthquakes and storms, strange weather patterns, etc...
...the anti-christ will appear to perform signs and wonders and the people will just be completely amazed and awed by him....
...He will re-build the temple in Jerusalem...
...The seat of government in this new peaceful world under this new christ will be Jerusalem...
...I have been listening for more than this, how will the final battle of Armageddon take place, who are the players, what happens. What happens to the Jewish people, God will make a new covenent with them somehow. I truly don’t feel God telling this to me right now, and I don’t want to insert my opinion into this.

Hal Lindsey's been there and done that. And Tim LaHaye extended the Tribulation (originally intended to be only six books) for a time, times and half a time - times two and a half - already. I think it's time Christians stop seeing themselves as Satan's doormat.

I'm a victor in Christ!

Yet another individual who wants to have insight where others of his ilk have failed miserably.

And it’s all gonna happen just this way “real soon now”.

Shame on you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh dear, what did I say to be shamed? Because I’m skeptical when someone comes along claiming that God is speaking directly to him when he’s typing a message about John McCain? That they have the future all tied up real neatly? Listen to this claim:

"As I was writing this reply, I started to just keep typing as things just came into my mind, it was almost like I could not type fast enough. These were things that I have never thought before, and some things that I have thought about, but could never piece together. So basically, I have to believe that God was speaking to me, telling what I needed to write down."

He believes God is speaking to him because his mind is prone to wander.

Shame on you for encouraging such fraud. Why not just pull out the old Ouija board and give that a try?

And you don't believe because you didn't experience it.

Who are you to judge whether it happened or not? Does the poster say anything that is anti-biblical? Anti-God?

Does God not use people other than yourself? Quit being so prideful and at least withhold judgment. It's this attitude that really turns me against calvinists.

Next time you pray, can you ask God to keep it more brief in the future?

"I don’t know what will become of it…most people will say I am nuts for sure."

I'm sorry. I couldn't help myself. God spoke to me and confirmed what he said about being nuts.

Good post, kyperman.

I’ve found that Scriptural study of eschatology is one of the more demanding studies which exist.

So much understanding of the end times is revealed in many other fundamental doctrines flowing through our thinking processes.

Historical studies provide enormous guidance in understanding doctrine, but as with anything, through faith in Christ while walking with Him.

There may be many opponents here at FR, but the arguments presented, IMHO, are rarely anything new from the past 2000 years of Church History. Most denominatinal differences were based upon those differences and wars have been fought over them for centuries.

At present I find studies in the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, the Indwelling of Jesus Christ, the Shekinah Glory, the Temple, the Word of God, the Sacrificial System, all may have tremendous bearing in our lives leading into days which may precede the Rapture and the Great Tribulation.

Dispensational theology has many things right or closer to explaining Scriptural doctrine, but as with all faith, it must come from God to the believer on His terms.

IMHO, you have provided outstanding testimony as a fellow believer in Christ.

But it helps if God talks to you directly, no?

Perhaps this was given to you as understanding of all the times you heard and read about these subjects.

Click! ... now I see ... it all makes sense to me.

This is not new. You have probably read bits and pieces of it here over time.

Not to say God did not give you understanding. so that you could tell it to your family, friends coworkers, your arena of influence. It is God that provides understanding to the genuine seeker and believer.

Psalms 103:1; 104:1
“Bless the LORD O my soul ...”

and

Proverbs 3:5
“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.”

Bless the LORD O my soul!

***But it helps if God talks to you directly, no?***

There are some people who experience a revelation from God that are absolutely convincing and leave the interviewer with a profound sense of the holy.

There are some people like the Swaggarts and Osteens and Warrens who experience a realization that if they are absolutely convincing, the interviewer will leave with a profound sense of donating.
