"Communion" at a Protestant church is meaningless.

At some it is. Lutherans and Anglicans do believe in the Real Presence, but not to the same extent that Catholics and Orthodox do.

I think you’d have to say “SOME Anglicans do believe ....” Some believe as I did, that there was a real substantial change. Others not so much.

That may be true for Anglo-protestants, but not for Anglo-Catholics

If you walk into an Anglican church and see a candle burning near the tabernacle containing the host......Christ is indeed present in the body.
