It’s happening here at home, also. The Bishop of Wilmington, DE (the one who won’t use The Eucharist as a “political tool” - his words to bring Biden into compliance with Church teaching)has decided that once a month in a decreppit old church is good enough, take it or leave it.
People need to understand that the changes and methods we are seeing in our political system have been very well road tested within the Catholic Church since Vatican II.

Well, that Bishop is not abiding by the Pope and Summorum Pontificum. The lay people need to send him written requests and copy Ecclesia Dei. SP stated that there would be an audit in 2010, and there will be action without episcopal compliance.
