I contacted Bishop D'Arcy 260-422-4611. The Bishop's office tried to wash their hands of this affair by putting this all on Holy Cross but I reminded them that the university is under the Bishop's jurisdiction.

The Bishop's office did give me a contact number (574-631-6196) for Fr. David Tyson, who is Fr. Jenkins superior at Holy Cross. The assistant who answered advised writing an email to sfocht@nd.edu. The emails will all be compiled and presented by Fr. Tyson to Fr. Jenkins, the President of Notre Dame.

Both the Bishop and Fr. Tyson have had a high volume of contacts today over this issue.
