I apologize for offending you. There is nothing wrong with posting 24/7 on the Free Republic. (I'm guilty of it myself at times.) There is nothing wrong with people who care and voice their opinions.
I do have a problem with people trying to instigate for no other reason than self gratification and personal amusement. (I myself am also guilty of that from time to time.) God bless and stay safe.
The whole tone of his post is what gives people the idea that he’s a troll.
Signing up, posting a thread, directing people to his blog to read it and post comments, not to mention his attitude towards Hitler. *Great man* is hardly an adjective I’d apply to Hitler in spite of what he did for the country.
No doubt the study of the rise of Germany after WWI is a interesting study, but hardly one which any sane person would want to live through. I wouldn’t call it wonderful.
I don’t think that people are trying to instigate for self-gratification. DUers have been known to make comments about suicide runs to FR. The trolls are out there and there have been a lot signing up on FR recently.
Yes, it’s amusing to see one get zotted. It’s kind of a way to blow off steam in light of the problems we are dealing with these days. No excuses there.
