I think we can assume that she continues to take communion, probably in D.C. and perhaps the priest isn't aware either of who she is or the Archbishop's ruling.

Under Canon Law, it is nonsensical for the bishops to be involved in this at all—either bishop, Naumann or Wuerl. It is nonsensical to hold that there can be one “policy” on this matter in Kansas City and another “policy” in Washington.

Sebelius should be denied Communion ANYWHERE she attempts to receive it.
