The False God of Christmas.

We threw a hippie off the stage Saturday! He was some truther, jumped up from the far side, ran to the mike, shouted something about arresting people, said something about his mother, we draggged him off, threw him out, he was chased down and arrested! :)

Many are in my family and I see it all the time in the job that I do. The manger is hidden in the back while all the other stuff is exalted upward. The outside decorations, Christmas cards etc... where do you live that you do not see it? In a Christian bunker...lol.. I used the term “Christian” as a general statement. True believers will and can not do that. It's just not in us. We fully comprehend what Christ has done for us and who He is.. How can Santa compare. “relegious Christians” are just that religious.... no relationship to God thru and by His Word etc...

If you want to teach your children a lie then go ahead, If you want to replace Christ with Santa...go ahead ...do what you want... I can't believe that people who call them selves “Christians are all upset about Santa. We were not bashing him we were just stated the facts about him... They are kind of God like wouldn't you say?.. In all honesty Santa was placed in by Satan to remove people from the Biblical reality of Christ's advent and mission. Remember the Devil (Lucifer is an Angel of Light my friend)2 Cor 11:14-15.

Truth and reality are not self righteousness traits... people who are offended at truth make such statements. Christmas without the Savior is total self righteousness. What you are communicating is Christ Birth, death and resurrection are not relative in light of Santa. (Rom 10:4)

No offense we just want to honor Christ at Christmas and want to encourage others to do also.

Pot, kettle, black. The legalism is to demand that everyone “celebrate” Christmas and view it your way. My view is that Christmas is not biblical and therefore optional. I like Christmas, but I make no demands on others regarding whether or how to celebrate.

On the other hand, like the Pharisees, you have taken a man-made tradition and turned it into a requirement. Not only must everyone celebrate, but they must celebrate the same way you do. Exactly the kind of thing Jesus condemned and Paul wrote extensively about.

Additionally, you condemn the fairly tale of Santa Claus, because it somehow detracts from the man-made tradition of Christmas.

If Christmas is important to you and you enjoy it, that’s great. But don’t burden others with the demands of your traditions.
