Sadly, hardening of the heart is far more devastating, Resty, especially for those captured in a cult like Mormonism. There are analogous aspects:
---- atherosclerosis evidences build up of plak inside the arteries, and Mormonism has build up of heresies in the mind;
---- atherosclerosis reduces blood flow to vital organs, including the brain, and Mormonism reduces the flow of truth, suffocating the soul by crowding out truth in favor of the fantasies of Joseph Smith and other leadership in Mormonism ... need I go on for your benefit?

haha took me a minute but I get you. Yes indeed. And they are a plenty here. Very sad. But it’s a sign of the times I suppose.
